Ovelda is designed to be usable without creating an account. The information we may collect is limited to:
- Local browser data. Progress tracking, last-read guide, and similar preferences are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to Ovelda.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log request metadata such as IP address, user agent, and referrer for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Aggregate analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which guides are most helpful. Where used, analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individual visitors.
